1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

a) Direct Bookings:

  • Flexible Rate Reservations:
  • Cancellations made before 24Hrs the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24Hrs of check-in will incur a one day full payment  cancellation fee on Booking Amount.
  • Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

b) Group Bookings & Events:

  • Cancellations made before 24Hrs the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24Hrs of check-in will incur a one day full  cancellation fee on Booking Amount.

c) Third-Party Bookings:

  • If you booked through a third-party platform, please refer to their cancellation and refund policies.

2. Refund Processing

a) Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

b) Processing Time:

  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

c) Partial Refunds:

  • In certain cases, early check-out or service issues partial refunds may be offered at the resort’s discretion subject to issue.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In cases of natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen events, we may offer rescheduling or refunds at our discretion.
